ul>Provides general administrative support for Campus Dean, Assistant Dean, Director, full-time faculty, adjunct faculty, and other campus constituencies including maintaining office supplies, mail/courier coordination, ordering of needed equipment, providing equipment/copier troubleshooting, facilitating any needed repairs from outside vendors, creation and maintenance of academic, personnel, financial, and statistical records. May oversee a budget account to include allocations, travel, disbursements, purchasing, verification, account reconciliation, financial reports, and communication with faculty, staff, and administration.
