Alternative Qualifications (additional documentation required): [Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Construction Technology, Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Architecture, Building Construction, or other related engineering or construction discipline]; AND [five (5) years full-time industry experience with increasing levels of responsibility]; AND [a respective professional license or certification in a field such as Certified General Contractor, Certified Professional Building Designer, Professional Engineer, Project Management Professional, Registered Architect, Certified Professional Contractor or other recognized industry credential]. MBA and a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Construction Technology, Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Architecture, Building Construction, or other related engineering or construction discipline, plus two (2) years full-time industry construction experience with increasing levels of responsibility.
