One unit equals 1 rehearsal (1 per rehearsal from music director and 1 per rehearsal from musician), 1 mass performances, (1 per mass from both music director and 1 per rehearsal from musician) or as needed (1 rehearsal and 1 performance) for special events to include special Holidays (Advent/Christmas and Lent/Holy Week/Easter), Memorial Services and Funerals.

Be responsible for monitoring fellow stress, including mental or emotional conditions inhibiting performance or learning, and drug- or alcohol-related dysfunction a) Be sensitive to the need for timely provision of confidential counseling and psychological support services to fellows b) Situations that demand excessive service or that consistently produce undesirable stress on fellows must be evaluated and modified.
