This role leads the development and oversight of initiatives that ensure clinical excellence, foster professional growth, and promote a culture of lifelong learning, while collaborating closely with leaders in Nursing, Medical Staff, Risk, Compliance, Legal, HR, Quality, Safety, Informatics, and community and academic partners to align programs with the organization's mission, vision, values, and strategic priorities. EXPERIENCE: Required: Minimum of 7 years of related nursing experience required, including at least 5 years of progressively responsible leadership experience in nursing professional development, quality, research, and/or evidence-based practice, with a minimum of 3 years serving at the manager level or above.
