p>Manage and control production floor operations, including but not limited to the following: • Conduct shift meetings to ensure proper communication of production activities and plan • Knowledge and understanding of work centers, production plan and shop orders • Ability to utilize all resources available to carry out the production plan • Clear understanding of warehouse, JIT and kanban operations and ability to monitor, and ensure product flow • Support the disposition of product in OZ areas • Ensure shift to shift communication is carried out daily.
Able to ensure accurate data entry for required items such as:
• Assembly daily reports • TPS redlight reports • Assembly setup reports • Scrap reports • Etc.
