The U.S. Ship Design (USSD) Platform Solutions Portfolio within the Marine Division is seeking a dynamic Senior Program Manager to join the Leidos Gibbs & Cox team to support multidisciplined team with multiple ship design programs for Government, commercial customers including unmanned and autonomous. Facilitate M&A product tech / software diligence discussions with clients and target companies across industries with a focus on identifying risks and value creation opportunities across the IT organization, processes, applications (custom-developed and off-the-shelf), infrastructure, cloud technology, and cyber-security; and demonstrate a keen understanding of how technology enables business strategy and operational capabilities. Qualifications: Required: 8+ years of software / technology experience in the following areas: IT organization, IT processes, applications (custom-developed and off-the-shelf), infrastructure, cloud technology, and cyber-security; with a keen understanding of how technology enables business strategy.

Your primary job responsibilities would include, building exceptional customer relationships, marketing to gain new customers, reviewing accounts for accuracy and needed updates, funding loans, collections, and customer acquisitions.

Manages and administers emergency protocols for tenant occupied facilities and coordinate with internal departments responsible for developing all emergency protocols and procedures to ensure protocols, procedures and all relevant education materials are updated and distributed. Special Skills: Effective communication, interpersonal, active listening, business finance, customer service, attention to detail, business acumen, planning and organization, technology and software.
Additionally, you will organise leadership team calls and meetings, oversee research and data analysis, promote consistent execution across sectors, and collaborate across lines of service for knowledge sharing and promoting technology/tools for sales and delivery.
