You will advise on the structuring, negotiation, syndication, and post-closing management of a variety of domestic and cross-border financing transactions, including leveraged and investment grade acquisition financings, sustainability-linked and green loans, project financings, asset-based loans, debtor-in-possession and exit financings, and working capital and liquidity facilities.
