Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate for this position would typically have knowledge obtained through a bachelor's degree in business, Computer Information Systems, Engineering, or related field plus a minimum of 6 to 8 years work experience; or 10 to 12 years of progressive information system experience with 6 to 8 years as a Collaboration Administrator or equivalent role. The administrator will also manage search configurations, analytics, AI Builder credits, and Copilot feature availability, as well as support the adoption of various Microsoft 365 tools and handle ownership transfers of Forms upon user account inactivation.
