Accounting Specialist (AP, Billing, Cash) Greater Indianapolis Area | Onsite Contract OpportunityWe are partnering with a growing engineering and manufacturing organization in the Greater Indianapolis area that is looking to add an Accounting Specialist to support day to day accounting operations. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

Participates with the leadership/back-up team to handle inquiries/referrals timely, including CRM Management.</li><li>Supports welcoming new customer standards and communicates to campus team members related to move-in activities (i.e., welcome gift, move in communication and process, move in paperwork).</li><li>Assists with planning, coordinating, and executing campus events including Senior Executive Club and community events.</li><li>Ensuring campus is tour ready including back up team resources, appropriate marketing collateral and promotional materials, tour path, model room, first impressions, and tour stations. Executes tours as part of the primary team.  </li><li>Answers a multi-line phone system in a prompt, courteous and professional manner directing callers to the appropriate person or department.</li></ul>Qualifications  <ul><li>High school diploma or GED/HSE preferred</li><li>1-3 years of relevant experience preferred</li></ul>
