Control of assigned budget to each project and allocation of resources within SAP (via POs): Review and re-assign resources within the month or quarter, with the label Managing Director and SVP Marketing, to each project monitoring the expense within the monthly/quarterly budget assigned Develop, prepare, and manage Marketing budgets for senior management (Marketing and Finance) with analysis of marketing investments by type of expense, vendor, projects and/or by artist. Manage project deadlines with Marketing, Finance, Legal, vendors and suppliers by communicating expected deliverables, compliance protocols, and resources Manage the vendor payment process (in partnership with Finance/Accounting Team): Manage compliance approvals in partnership with the Finance and Legal departments.
