Serves as the program manager for the Deliberate and Crisis Action Planning and Execution Segments (DCAPES), Contingency Operations/Mobility Planning and Executive System (COMPES), Logistics Module-Base Level(LOGMOD-B), Automated Air Load Planning System (AALPS), and Cargo Movement Operations System (CMOS).
