This position combines operational support with program coordination and external engagement by (1) providing comprehensive administrative, financial, and systems support to department leadership, (2) managing and supporting dual credit programs to ensure compliance, program quality, and effective communication with instructors and partners, and (3) collaborating closely with the Center for Economic Education (CEE) and K-12 institutions to develop partnerships, coordinate outreach efforts, and deliver teacher training initiatives. Provide high-level administrative support to department chair(s), including course scheduling and data management within university systems, managing the hiring process for new full-time and part-time faculty, staff, and student employees, meeting coordination, special projects, and management of purchasing, office operations, and inventory/equipment needs.
