BlueForce Inc. is seeking a Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTP) and Air Advisor Leadership Instructor in support of the United States Air Force Expeditionary Center at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, NJ.
[AAA] Air Advisor and Mobility Support Instructor BlueForce Inc[AAA] Air Advisor and Mobility Support InstructorNJShall have deployed as a MSAS Mission Commander / Team Sergeant, Military Advisor, Political-Military (Pol-Mil) Affairs Strategists (PAS) Officer, Regional Affairs Strategists (RAS) Officer, Foreign Area Officer (FAO), Foreign Provincial Reconstruction Team (PRT) member, attaché or security assistance officer (SCO), or in a position equivalent to one of the above having military advisory experience. Shall teach subjects such as, but not limited to Command Relationships, Risk Management, Security Cooperation, Funding and Legal Authorities, Force Protection Mindset, History of AMC GPF Advising, Theater-Specific Dynamics / US Foreign Policy, Mission Planning and Coordination, and US Embassy Operations, Personalizing Lesson Plans, Using Training Aids Effectively, Effective Presentation Skills, and Maintaining Control in the Classroom.
[AAA] Region and Culture Instructor BlueForce Inc[AAA] Region and Culture InstructorNJShall have deployed as a Military Advisor, Political-Military (Pol-Mil) Affairs Strategists (PAS) Officer, Regional Affairs Strategists (RAS) Officer, Foreign Area Officer (FAO), Foreign Provincial Reconstruction Team (PRT) member, attaché or security assistance officer (SCO), or in a position equivalent to one of the above having military advisory experience. Liaison with functional community's subject matter experts, including US Air Force Culture and Language Center (CLC), Air Force Geographic Component Commands, and other functional commands, HAF, MAJCOMs, C-NAFs, Air National Guard (ANG) country teams, other services, as well as other organizations to ensure curriculum remains relevant and current.
[AAA] Doctrine and Strategic Guidance Instructor BlueForce Inc[AAA] Doctrine and Strategic Guidance InstructorNJShall have deployed as a Military Advisor, Political-Military (Pol-Mil) Affairs Strategists (PAS) Officer, Regional Affairs Strategists (RAS) Officer, Foreign Area Officer (FAO), Foreign Provincial Reconstruction Team (PRT) member, attaché or security assistance officer (SCO), or in a position equivalent to one of the above having military advisory experience. Position is subject to contract award Specific Duties: Provide instruction and evaluations to students on Doctrine, Strategic/Regulatory Guidance, and Theory in the realm of National Security Strategy, Guidance for Development of the Force, applicable DoD and service specific regulations and instructions, Irregular Warfare, Building Partnership/Building Partnership Capacity, Security Force Assistance, Foreign Internal Defense, Stability Operations, Counterinsurgency, Counterterrorism, Theater Campaign Planning, etc.
[AAA] Security Cooperation Instructor BlueForce Inc[AAA] Security Cooperation InstructorNJShall have deployed as a Military Advisor, Political-Military (Pol-Mil) Affairs Strategists (PAS) Officer, Regional Affairs Strategists (RAS) Officer, Foreign Area Officer (FAO), Foreign Provincial Reconstruction Team (PRT) member, attaché or security assistance officer (SCO), or in a position equivalent to one of the above having military advisory experience. Shall teach subjects such as, but not limited to Joint and Combined Planning, Security Cooperation/Security Assistance, Foreign Disclosure Awareness, Legal Awareness, Security Forces Assistance Mission Analysis and Planning, Introduction to Resolute Support and other Contingencies, Theater Guidance, Aviation Enterprise Development, Systems Thinking, etc.
