The coordinator helps facilitate transition programs that promote a sense of belonging and build community amongst students who self-identify as men of color (e.g., peer project, mentoring, workshops) in support of student persistence and graduation. Work closely with the Warrior Cross Cultural Center Director to design the Male Success Initiative (MSI) mentorship programming in the areas of academics, leadership engagement, career planning, gender and masculinity enrichment.
