    Description

    Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Zuora Billing Consultant with 10+ years of experience in Zuora product configuration, billing, and finance settings. The ideal candidate will hold a Certified Zuora Admin certification and possess expert-level skills in Workflow Management, Subscription Billing, and Quote-to-Cash implementations. This role requires deep technical expertise in integrating Zuora with Salesforce, Netsuite, SAP, Oracle, Vertex, Avalara, banks (JPM, Client), and payment gateways (Stripe, Adyen).
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Zuora Product Configuration: Implement and optimize Zuora Billing, Subscription Management, Payments, and Finance settings.
    • Workflow Management: Design and maintain efficient workflow processes within Zuora.
    • Quote-to-Cash & CPQ Implementations: Lead the successful execution of Billing and Finance configurations to support seamless transactions.
    • Subscription Billing Expertise: Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Subscription Business Models and Consumption Billing.
    • Systems Integration: Ensure seamless integration between Zuora and external platforms like Salesforce, Netsuite, SAP, Oracle, Vertex, Avalara, banks, and payment gateways.
    • Project Collaboration: Work alongside consulting partners to support implementation and optimization.
    Must-Have Qualifications:
    • Certified Zuora Admin with additional technical certifications.
    • 10+ years of hands-on experience in Zuora product configuration, billing, and finance settings.
    • 5+ years of expertise in Zuora Billing, Subscription Management, Payments, and Integration.
    • Strong experience in Quote-to-Cash and CPQ implementations.
    • Comprehensive understanding of DSCSA compliance for pharmaceutical distribution (preferred).
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within project teams.
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience with RF and Distribution Center automation technologies.
    • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Jira for project tracking.
    • Strong ability to troubleshoot billing schedules, output setups, and IDOC management.
