General responsibilities are listed below, along with percentages for the typical level of effort, but are not limited to the following:
Youth Instruction & Program Delivery (40 – 80%)- Lead engaging, age-appropriate enrichment classes for children ages 1–12
- Create a safe, inclusive, and fun learning environment
- Implement curriculum and adapt activities based on age and skill level
- Manage classroom behavior using positive reinforcement techniques
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and experiences
- Train and mentor new coaches
Marketing & Community Outreach Support (20 – 60%)- Support the promotion of our programs through phone calls, email campaigns, and community outreach
- Represent the company at events, schools, and community functions
- Support enrollment efforts by communicating program value to prospective families
- Support and identify marketing opportunities to grow the business and its brands
- Help capture photos/videos (with permission) for marketing use
- Maintain knowledge of programs, pricing, and promotions to support partner/customer and potential partner/customer conversations
Administrative & Operational Support (0 – 10%)- Assist with class scheduling, attendance tracking of children and coaches, and basic reporting
- Assist with customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person
- Maintain organized records and ensure accurate data entry
- Support inventory management for supplies and materials
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications
- Experience working with children (teaching, coaching, childcare, or similar)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Basic proficiency with technology and computer literacy (i.e. demonstrated use with email, spreadsheets, Canva, social media platforms, etc.)
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus
- High school diploma minimally required; college education, marketing experience, and community outreach experience highly preferred
- Maintain an active CRP, 1st Aid, and AED certification (youth preferred)

Work Environment
- Hours worked will hover around 30 to 35 hours a week
- Combination of classroom instruction, office tasks, and occasional special events
- Flexible schedule, but required availability from Monday to Saturday
- Schedule for duties outside of instruction is flexible; these back-office duties must be completed promptly or by the provided deadlines
- Primary locations for instruction will vary across DFW
- Due to not having a physical location, back-office duties will require a meetup location as needed, but if not specified, they can be done remotely so long as duties are done on time and within quality standards
