THE 2 TABLES BELOW MUST BE ON THE CANDIDATE RESUMES - RESUMES SUBMITTED WITHOUT THESE COMPLETED TABLES WILL BE DECLINED
REQUIRED SCREENING BEFORE SUBMISSION
We are relying on your screening. Dell is not interviewing these candidates. interviews and makes the selection.
Suppliers must complete this screen yourself. A general claim of "server experience" is not enough. Always push for specifics on what the candidate has physically done to the hardware.
Have you physically worked on enterprise/rack-mounted servers?
Have you personally replaced server hardware components?
Can you name at least 3 components you've replaced or diagnosed?
Can you describe a real server hardware failure you personally diagnosed and fixed?
Are you comfortable with on-site customer work, physical equipment, any-shift availability, and the you are offering?
Scoring: 5/5 = submit. 4/5 = submit only with a note explaining the gap (recruiter review). 3/5 or fewer = do not submit.
