REQUIRED SCREENING BEFORE SUBMISSION
We are relying on your screening. Dell is not interviewing these candidates. * interviews and makes the selection.
Suppliers must complete this screen yourself. A general claim of "server experience" is not enough. Always push for specifics on what the candidate has physically done to the hardware.
Have you physically worked on enterprise/rack-mounted servers?
Have you personally replaced server hardware components?
Can you name at least 3 components you''ve replaced or diagnosed?
Can you describe a real server hardware failure you personally diagnosed and fixed?
Are you comfortable with on-site customer work, physical equipment, any-shift availability, and the pay rate you are offering?
Scoring: 5/5 = submit. 4/5 = submit only with a note explaining the gap (recruiter review). 3/5 or fewer = do not submit.
