As an Assistant Wrestling Coach, you will support the head coach in inspiring, motivating, and guiding students while helping to oversee all aspects of the wrestling program. Key Responsibilities:Assist in developing and implementing practice schedules, strategies, and event planning.Support the instruction of wrestling-specific skills and techniques to student-athletes.Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and positive character traits.Collaborate with the head coach and other staff to ensure a cohesive and effective program.Help build strong, supportive relationships with students, staff, and the community. Job Requirements:Completion of at least 60 college credit hours prior to coaching.
