Morton is seeking a Workforce Systems Platform Owner to serve as the internal owner and subject matter expert for a newly implemented workforce management platform supporting HR, payroll, time tracking, and employee operations.
This individual will bridge the gap between business operations and technology, ensuring the platform remains aligned with organizational needs while driving adoption, continuous improvement, and long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary owner and subject matter expert for the workforce management platform
  • Translate business requirements into system enhancements and workflow improvements
  • Manage system configuration, user access, and data integrity
  • Support ongoing platform optimization and process improvement efforts
  • Partner with HR, Payroll, Operations, Finance, and IT stakeholders
  • Maintain and prioritize enhancement backlogs
  • Coordinate with external vendors regarding support, upgrades, and new functionality
  • Develop user training materials and support adoption initiatives
  • Ensure platform functionality aligns with evolving business processes

Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience supporting HRIS, workforce management, payroll, ERP, or enterprise applications
  • Experience administering or supporting platforms such as Workday, UKG, ADP, Paylocity, Rippling, or similar systems
  • Strong business process analysis skills
  • Ability to translate operational requirements into technology solutions
  • Experience managing stakeholders across multiple departments
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Product Owner, Business Systems Analyst, or Enterprise Application experience
  • Experience supporting large-scale system implementations
  • Experience working with field-based or operational workforces
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
