Workers' Compensation Attorney

Associate Attorney – Workers' Compensation & Civil Litigation | Yardley, PA Area | $100K–$118K + Bonus

A well-established regional law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its Yardley, PA office, focusing primarily on civil litigation, including workers' compensation and insurance defense matters.

What you'll do:

• Handle civil litigation matters with an emphasis on workers' compensation and insurance defense
• Conduct and defend depositions
• Manage discovery
• Draft and argue motions
• Make court appearances on behalf of clients

What you bring:

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• 2–4 years of litigation experience
• Hands-on experience with depositions, discovery, motion practice, and court appearances
• Background in workers' compensation, insurance defense, or general civil litigation
• Strong written and verbal advocacy skills
