Position Summary
A rapidly growing plaintiff-side practice is seeking an experienced Workers’ Compensation Attorney to join one of our many Florida offices. This attorney will manage a high-volume caseload and handle hearings while playing a key role in the continued expansion of the statewide workers’ compensation practice.

Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day handling of workers’ compensation matters and hearings
Draft and file pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and related litigation documents
Guide clients through the legal process with strong communication and advocacy
Coordinate with expert witnesses, including reports and affidavits
Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances
Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school
Active membership in good standing with the Florida Bar
Minimum of 3+ years of workers’ compensation experience
Ability to manage a high-volume caseload effectively
Strong written and oral advocacy skills
Excellent client communication and relationship management abilities
Self-motivated with a long-term growth mindset
