Workday Reporting Analyst

Required:

• Hands-on Workday reporting experience
• Power BI proficiency
• Experience building and maintaining dashboards from multiple data sources
• Familiarity with Indeed Jobs & Campaigns reporting
• Understanding of sponsored job metrics, cost-per-apply, and campaign performance data
• Experience with UTM-based source tracking and traffic/conversion reporting
• Strong Excel skills for data cleaning, structuring, and ad hoc analysis
• Detail-oriented and consistent
• Comfortable working independently and managing workload against defined deliverables

Preferred:

• Experience in a TA, HR, or recruitment marketing analytics context

Responsibilities:

• Support the Talent Acquisition function by executing reporting and dashboard work
• Pull data, build and maintain reports, monitor performance metrics, and surface insights to TA leadership
• Extract and structure recruiting data from Workday on a defined cadence
• Maintain data accuracy and flag inconsistencies in requisition status, job classifications, or candidate stage data
• Support ad hoc reporting requests using Workday as the source of record
• Pull and consolidate performance data from Indeed Jobs & Campaigns
• Extract and analyze source-of-hire and traffic data from PageUp/Clinch UTM reporting
• Build, maintain, and update Power BI dashboards for real-time visibility into recruiting funnel health, spend performance, and source-of-hire trends
• Ensure dashboards reflect current data from all source systems
• Produce regular TA performance reports summarizing key metrics across pipeline, spend, and source of hire
• Support quarterly business reviews and AOP planning with structured data pulls and summary analysis
