Basic Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required plus a minimum of 8 years relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 6 years relevant experience.

The Work Leader & Business Partner strengthens program execution across the Business Area and Business Segment. This role provides day-to-day task leadership, coordination, and analytical support to program teams without direct supervisory authority. The Work Leader serves as a business partner to Business Area Leads, Business Segment Leads, and Program Managers, translating business objectives into actionable plans and supporting predictable execution across Earned Value (EV) and non-EV programs.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, plus relevant experience in program execution, planning, scheduling, or program management.
  • Experience supporting EV and/or non-EV programs, including integrated program planning, performance measurement baselines, and variance analysis.
  • Proficiency in program planning and scheduling tools, including Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and related analytical tools.
  • Knowledge of EVMS, government contracting, program life cycles, cost estimating, and financial performance analysis.
  • Experience supporting proposal development, cost estimation, subcontractor planning, or business development activities.

What you’ll experience

  • Coordinate daily tasking, priorities, and workflow for analysts, planners, schedulers, and program contributors to support quality, schedule, and contractual requirements.
  • Develop and maintain integrated program plans, schedules, performance baselines, and corrective action plans across EV and non-EV programs.
  • Analyze cost, schedule, staffing, material, profit, and cash-flow data to identify performance trends, forecast impacts, and execution risks.
  • Support risk, opportunity, change-management, proposal, and strategic-planning activities through data analysis and integrated program planning.
  • Identifies opportunities to apply AI for continuous improvement and innovation.

What sets you apart

  • Advanced knowledge of EVMS, integrated master scheduling, critical path analysis, baseline management, and performance measurement.
  • Experience conducting program performance deep dives, variance analysis, estimate-at-completion forecasting, and corrective action tracking.
  • Ability to develop program, material, subcontractor, and staffing plans that align with cost, schedule, and technical objectives.
  • Experience using financial and operational data to evaluate business cases, profit, cash flow, and program execution impacts.
  • Knowledge of Department of Defense customer environments, government contracting requirements, and proposal compliance processes.

Salary Note: This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary. This job posting will remain open until the position is filled. Combined Salary Range: USD $140,000.00 - USD $155,000.00 /Yr. Company Overview:
