Position Overview
AO Globe Life is hiring a Work-From-Home Benefits Representative to assist clients as they learn about life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options. You will work with warm leads, conduct virtual needs-based appointments, and provide high-quality support to individuals and families.

Responsibilities
Engage prospective clients through company-provided warm leads
Schedule virtual appointments and conduct follow-up communication
Complete customer-focused needs assessments
Educate clients about insurance coverage and available benefits
Help clients understand product options
Build strong client relationships through clear and timely communication
Maintain accurate documentation and records
Participate in training, coaching, and team meetings
