West LA Plaintiff Firm - Legal Administrative Assistant

Established Plaintiff Mass Torts law firm is seeking an experienced Legal Administrative Assistant to join their West LA office. The ideal Legal Administrative Assistant candidate will have prior law firm experience and a strong background supporting attorneys through calendar management, scheduling, and administrative coordination. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal environment. The role offers a blend of administrative and litigation support responsibilities with a path for growth into a Legal Assistant position for the right candidate.

Legal Administrative Assistant Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars and provide direct administrative support to attorneys.
  • Coordinate plaintiff deposition scheduling and prepare notices of deposition.
  • Process attorney and office expense reports.
  • Maintain filing systems, transcript storage, and office organization.
  • Coordinate office mail, supply management, and office events/celebrations.
