- Lead shifts and support the General Manager in daily restaurant operations
- Ensure fast, accurate food quality and outstanding guest service
- Coach and motivate team members to foster a positive, enthusiastic work culture
- Maintain Wendy’s high standards for cleanliness, food safety, and presentation
- Assist with cash handling, inventory management, and opening/closing procedures
