Warehouse Welcome Center Associate We are seeking experienced Warehouse Welcome Center Associates to support the daily check-in and check-out process for truck drivers and incoming/outgoing trailers. Experience working directly with truck drivers and trailers strongly preferred.

Customer Service Welcome Center

A1 – 1st Shift :Monday–Friday 6am-4:30pm: $20.50

A2 – 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday 6pm-4:30am: $22.00

B1 – Weekend Day Shift 6a-6p $23.00

B2 – Weekend Night Shift 6p-6a $23.00

Job Responsibilities

• Greet and check in truck drivers upon arrival at the facility.
• Verify driver information, identification, appointments, and required paperwork.
• Review and process bills of lading (BOLs), shipping documents, and other transportation paperwork.
• Check trailers in and out of the facility and verify trailer information.
• Communicate with drivers, warehouse personnel, transportation teams, and supervisors.
• Maintain accurate records of trailer arrivals, departures, and driver activity.
• Direct drivers to the appropriate dock, staging area, or parking location.
• Monitor trailer assignments and ensure information is accurately entered into the appropriate system.
• Assist with resolving discrepancies involving paperwork, trailers, appointments, or shipments.
• Maintain a professional and courteous customer-service environment.
• Follow all warehouse safety, security, and visitor-access procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Previous experience in a warehouse, transportation, shipping/receiving, dispatch, gatehouse, or logistics environment required.
• Experience working directly with truck drivers and trailers strongly preferred.
• Experience with Bills of Lading (BOLs) and shipping/receiving documentation.
