Are you wanting to get your foot in the door at a fast-growing Company? Webber, an industry leader in construction and infrastructure, is seeking a dynamic Administrative Assistant to join our team.

Your Role: Driving excellence through technical expertise and innovation

The position of Administrative Assistant will perform a variety of administrative and clerical duties necessary to run an organization efficiently. This position will assist management in managing, organizing, scheduling and maintaining information.

What You Will Do:

Utilize MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook to create documents, respond to inquiries and create spreadsheets
Utilize other programs such as SharePoint
Organizing daily documents for department or office
Prepares and maintain electronic and physical files
Maintain a highly organized work area and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals
Provide leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge/skill
Assist others with additional administrative tasks
Write reports, business correspondence, and project documents
Speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization
Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
Other unlisted duties will be assigned

Who You Are: A Profile of Success

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Have at least three (3) years of experience in an administrative capacity
Be able to communicate in English via verbal and written communications
Received a High school Diploma
Moderate to high level of computer skills in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook
Valid driver license for occasional, required travel
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in
