    Are you wanting to get your foot in the door at a fast-growing Company? Webber, an industry leader in construction and infrastructure, is seeking a dynamic Administrative Assistant to join our team.

    Your Role: Driving excellence through technical expertise and innovation

    The position of Administrative Assistant will perform a variety of administrative and clerical duties necessary to run an organization efficiently. This position will assist management in managing, organizing, scheduling and maintaining information.

    What You Will Do:

    • Utilize MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook to create documents, respond to inquiries and create spreadsheets
    • Utilize other programs such as SharePoint
    • Organizing daily documents for department or office
    • Prepares and maintain electronic and physical files
    • Maintain a highly organized work area and manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals
    • Provide leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge/skill
    • Assist others with additional administrative tasks
    • Write reports, business correspondence, and project documents
    • Speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization
    • Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
    • Other unlisted duties will be assigned

    Who You Are: A Profile of Success

    • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
    • Have at least three (3) years of experience in an administrative capacity
    • Be able to communicate in English via verbal and written communications
    • Received a High school Diploma
    • Moderate to high level of computer skills in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook
    • Valid driver license for occasional, required travel
    • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
    • Moderate physical activity performing somewhat strenuous daily activities of a primarily administrative nature. Some exposure to outdoors with changing weather conditions such as rain, sun, snow, and wind
    • Manual dexterity sufficient to reach/handle items and work with the fingers
