    Compensation:


    • Base Salary: $65,000–$90,000 (depending on experience and licensing)
    • Bonus: 5–10% based on accuracy, efficiency, and team contribution
    • Licensing Support: Sponsorship for Series 7 (if not already licensed)
    • Total Compensation Potential: $70,000–$100,000

They are seeking an Operations Associate who will play a key role in supporting both investment and insurance operations. This is a highly dynamic, “catch-all” position for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in getting things right, and wants to be a true team player.


    This person will start with a focus on investment operations, expand into insurance operations, and ultimately become cross-trained across all operational functions. There is also an opportunity to help build and refine internal processes, including creating and documenting SOPs.


    Key Responsibilities:


    • Support day-to-day investment operations, including account opening, transfers, money movement, and maintenance
    • Assist with insurance operations, including application processing, underwriting coordination, and policy tracking
    • Serve as a go-to resource for operational tasks across the team (“catch-all” support)
    • Ensure accuracy and timeliness across all transactions and client-related work
    • Help create, document, and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs)
    • Partner closely with advisors and client service team members to ensure a seamless client experience
    • Assist with ad hoc projects and operational improvements as bandwidth allows
    • Maintain strong organization and follow-through across multiple systems and priorities



    Qualifications:


    • Bachelor's degree required
    • 2–5+ years of experience in wealth management, financial services, or operations
    • Experience with investment operations (account opening, transfers, custodians, etc.) preferred
    • Exposure to insurance operations is a plus (or willingness to learn quickly)
    • Series 7 license preferred, or willingness to obtain shortly after joining
    • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
    • Team-first mindset with a willingness to jump in wherever needed
    • Comfortable working across multiple systems and processes
    • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate internally
    • Ability to work in-office in San Francisco 3–4 days per week
