SCHEDULE:

• Part-Time: 2–3 days/week (4-hour shifts)
• Weekend availability is a big plus!

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Ninja Coach, you'll:

• Help lead fun, safe, and engaging classes for kids
• Learn coaching skills from experienced trainers
• Assist with warm-ups, obstacle courses, and skill stations
• Encourage every child to feel confident and successful
• Keep the gym clean, organized, and high-energy
• Be a positive role model kids look up to

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

Within your first few weeks, you'll:

• Be actively helping run classes
• Learning kids' names and building connections
• Leading warm-ups and supporting coaches
• Creating a fun, safe, and structured environment
• Growing your confidence to eventually lead your own classes
