As an Industrial Pretreatment Coordinator, you'll play a key role in protecting public health and the environment by ensuring industrial wastewater meets regulatory standards before entering treatment systems. Jacobs is looking for a Wastewater Project Manager to lead our project in Spokane, WA. In this role, you'll be responsible for the overall management and leadership of the project including profit and loss, permit compliance, safety, quality and employee supervision and management including staffing, compensation, training and development. Working with other members of the team and the client you'll build and maintain positive business and customer relationships and lead the planning, organization, operations, maintenance and improvement of the facility. You'll also be responsible for implementing safety policy and procedures and maintaining the operation process control including compliance with regulatory agencies.

Here's what you'll need

• At least six (6) plus years of experience in the operation and maintenance of a water or wastewater facility
• Four (4) years of supervisory experience
• State of Washington or ABC Wastewater Grade 4
• Ability to operate SCADA systems and other computerized equipment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Valid driver's license with no major infractions
• Ability to travel 10% for meetings & training

Ideally, You'll Also Have:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• BA/BS degree
• Excellent oral and written communications, self-motivation, team-oriented work practices, strong technical problem-solving skills
• Capable of working independently and maintaining an orderly schedule
• Understanding of the technical aspects of the facility to be managed
• Demonstrated interpersonal relations and personnel management skills
• Experience developing and working within an approved budget. Specifically tracking costs, adjusting activities to stay on budget, and optimizing labor and materials
• Proficient with financial budgeting and reports, specifically experience preparing operational reports for both internal and external clients

Posted Salary Range: Minimum

110,000.00

Posted Salary Range: Upper

142,000.00

The base salary range for this position is $110,000.00 to $142,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
