Warehouse Production Worker (Temecula)

We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking Production Worker to join our team at the Medline warehouse in Temecula. In this role, you’ll be focused on hands-on production work, helping keep operations running smoothly and ensuring quality standards are met.

What You'll Be Doing

• Cleaning and preparing reusable totes for production

• Inspecting totes for cleanliness, damage, or other quality issues

• Sorting and organizing materials according to established procedures

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area

• Meeting daily production and quality expectations

• Performing repetitive physical tasks while maintaining attention to detail

• Following all workplace safety procedures and production guidelines

• Working as part of a team to keep production moving efficiently

Available Schedules

Monday – Friday | Two Shifts Available

• 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.

• 2:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.

Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour

What We're Looking For

• Someone who is dependable, hardworking, and ready to work

• Ability to work independently while also being part of a team

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Comfortable performing repetitive production and warehouse tasks

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the workday

• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, production, or janitorial experience is a plus, but not required

• Must be 21 years of age or older

• Must have a valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and valid vehicle registration

• Ability to follow safety procedures and workplace instructions
