Production Technician I – Night Shift

Location: Huntington Beach/Fountain Valley area
Pay: $23.00–$23.50/hr + guaranteed overtime every shift
Schedule: 6:00 PM–6:00 AM | 12-hour 2/3/2 schedule
Type: Full-Time | Onsite

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Production Technician to join our manufacturing team in Huntington Beach. You’ll operate production equipment, prepare batches, monitor processes, perform basic in-process testing, and help ensure production runs safely and efficiently.

What You'll Do
Set up and operate production equipment and machinery.
Prepare and process batches according to established procedures.
Monitor equipment and production processes using HMI systems.
Operate pumps, mixers, centrifuges, conveyors, dryers, and other equipment.
Perform basic in-process testing and accurately document production results.
Perform equipment cleaning and CIP procedures.
Follow all safety procedures when working with chemicals and industrial equipment.
Troubleshoot issues and communicate with supervisors, maintenance, and engineering as needed.
Safely operate forklifts, lifts, and other equipment as required.

What We're Looking For
2+ years of manufacturing experience.
Comfortable working around machinery and chemicals.
Strong attention to safety and detail.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Able to stand, walk, bend, climb, and lift up to 50 lbs.
Able to work a 12-hour overnight schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred: Experience with process manufacturing, batch production, HMI systems, chemical manufacturing, CIP, forklift/lift equipment, or HAZWOPER.

Schedule
6:00 PM–6:00 AM

Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday
Week 2: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday

This position includes guaranteed overtime every shift, as well as weekends, holiday work (at holiday pay rate)
