Warehouse Operator (Forklift)

• Work Schedule: M-Thurs, 5:59am – 4:30pm (later than 4:30pm depending on production needs). Fri/Sat required based on production needs.
  Pay Rate: $16 to $18.00 an hour depending on experience
  
  As a Warehouse Operator, proficiency in safely operating various machinery such as forklifts, stock pickers, motorized pallet jacks, reach trucks, and turret trucks is crucial. This role involves accurate and safe picking and stocking, ensuring that physical activities align with system inputs, and maintaining consistency in following quality procedures. Warehouse Operators are responsible for providing accurate labels and paperwork per cart, ensuring proper alignment of carts in designated areas upon delivery, and demonstrating proficiency in picking throughout all warehouses while maintaining a deep understanding of inventory integrity.
  Important Details for Candidates:
  • All employees are required to wear either steel or composite-toe shoes.
  • Facility is not air-conditioned nor is it heated, and candidates should be prepared for these working conditions.
  • Work schedule: 4 days a week, 10 hours a day, off on Friday, with occasional notice for mandatory Friday and/or Saturday shifts.
  • Candidates should be prepared for heavy lifting; team lifting is practiced for anything 50lbs and above.
