Warehouse Lead

Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required) Forklift Certification, required Requirements: · A minimum of 3 years of warehouse experience, required · Previous lead or supervisory experience in a warehouse environment, required · Demonstrated ability to assign work, train team members, communicate clearly, and support daily performance goals · Working knowledge of warehouse data systems and inventory management · Knowledge of safety protocols, including OSHA regulations and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) · Strong attention to detail, organization, problem-solving, and follow-through · Experience with WMS, basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel and Outlook), and familiarity with barcode scanners Physical Demands and Work Environment: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position. · Must be able to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs regularly, climb ladders and stairs, operate machinery, and stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods in various warehouse temperatures.

Hours of business: Monday - Friday 12:00 pm - 9:00 pm Training Hours: Monday - Thursday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm; Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pmThis position could require extended hours, and occasional weekends as needed.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $21.00 per hour, with an additional $1.50 per hour night differential. Benefits: 401(k) matching Dental Insurance Flexible spending account Health Insurance Paid time off Vision Insurance Warehouse Lead Job Duties (including but not limited to): · Lead and support warehouse associates during daily receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping activities. · Assign work, monitor priorities, and help the team meet productivity, accuracy, and service goals. · Train and coach team members on standard operating procedures, equipment use, quality expectations, and safe work practices. · Accurately pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment or delivery, ensuring secure packaging for transport. · Accurately receive, inspect, and log incoming products and materials; investigate and resolve inventory or order discrepancies. · Use material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, to move materials within the warehouse and perform routine equipment checks. · Promote compliance with all safety protocols and OSHA standards while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment. · Communicate workflow updates, staffing needs, safety concerns, and operational issues to the Warehouse Manager. · Assist with cycle counts, inventory control, and accurate use of the warehouse management system and barcode scanners. · Must be able to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs regularly, climb ladders and stairs, operate machinery, and stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods in various warehouse temperatures. · Contribute to team goals and perform other duties as directed by the Warehouse Manager or other senior management.
