WAREHOUSE Associate - Full Time

RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPERIENCE:

The RTV Specialist interacts with vendors to create RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) through the use of email and phone contact. This individual will also use Excel to compile inventory date, produce requests in the preferred vendor format and create work orders for the floor team.

• Submit weekly RMA requests to vendors based on outlined business rules.
• Follow-up on outstanding requests on a weekly basis
• Uphold contractual return agreements with all vendors.
• Communicate daily with vendors via email and phone. Must have professional communication skills.
• Cycle count inventory as needed.
• Support the RTV check-in and pull teams.
• Must be comfortable with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn Excel macros.
• Must be good with time management and have problem solving skills
• Other duties as assigned
• Hours are Monday through Friday from 6:00 am - 2:30 pm

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours per day, lift at least 50 lbs. and bend 50% of the day while stacking or pulling product on a skid or from shelves.
• Equipment used: skids, pallet jacks, computer systems, RF Scanner and general office equipment
• Team player who is able to meet deadlines.
