    Location: Hazleton, PA - 10pm - 6am
    Contract: W2 only
    Pay: $19/hour + optional medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match
    Must have forklift experience

    Overview
    This role involves performing specialized warehouse tasks including loading, unloading, order pulling, shipping, and returns. The position requires operating machinery such as forklifts and working in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should be prepared for physical activity and adherence to safety policies. The role is on-site, with potential for overtime, and involves working on the third shift from 10 PM to 6 AM, Sunday through Thursday.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Complete tasks such as loading, unloading, sorting, picking, stocking, staging, fabrication, and transportation of goods.
    • Operate forklift and other machinery to move materials efficiently and safely.
    • Verify stock counts and ensure accuracy of inventory.
    • Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety policies.
    • Receive and fill orders, including selling supplies and materials to installers and subcontractors.
    • Assist with installation of protective devices to prevent damage during transport.
    • Perform other duties as assigned, supporting warehouse operations.

    Required Skills

    • Minimum of 6 months forklift experience.
    • Knowledge of machines and tools used in warehouse operations.
    • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
    • Ability to stand for extended periods, exceeding 60 minutes.
    • Repetitive movement capability, including bending and squatting.
    • Ability to work in environments with temperature extremes, loud noises, and fumes.
    • Strong safety awareness and adherence to safety policies.
    • Good physical condition and stamina for manual tasks.
    • Reliable attendance and punctuality for third shift hours.
    • Ability to operate warehouse machinery safely and effectively.

    Education
    High School Diploma/GED

    Preferred Skills

    • Experience with warehouse management systems.
    • Familiarity with safety protocols and OSHA standards.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Flexibility to work voluntary overtime as needed.
