    Warehouse Associate - 2nd Shift

    Title: Warehouse Associate - 2nd Shift - 2pm- 10pm
    Location: Hazleton, PA
    Contract: W2 only, 
    Pay: $19/hour + optional medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match
    Must have forklift experience

    Overview
    This role involves performing various warehouse tasks including loading, unloading, order picking, shipping, and returns. The position requires operating forklifts and handling materials in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must have at least 6 months of forklift experience and be comfortable working on-site during the second shift, from 2 PM to 10 PM, Monday through Friday.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Load and unload materials from designated storage areas and vehicles.
    • Sort, pick, stock, and stage goods for shipment or storage.
    • Operate forklifts and other machinery to transport materials safely.
    • Verify stock counts and ensure accuracy of shipments.
    • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety policies.
    • Assist with fabrication, staging, and transportation of goods as needed.
    • Support inventory management and ensure proper handling of materials.

    Required Skills

    • Minimum of 6 months forklift experience.
    • Knowledge of warehouse machinery and tools.
    • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
    • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive movements.
    • Ability to work in environments with temperature extremes, loud noises, and fumes.
    • Strong attention to safety procedures and policies.
    • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.

    Education
    High School Diploma/GED

    Preferred Skills

    • Experience with warehouse fabrication and staging.
    • Familiarity with inventory verification processes.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Basic understanding of safety protocols in warehouse environments.
    • Prior experience in a manufacturing or distribution setting.
