Description:
A major financial services company is seeking a Business Execution Consultant to join the Commercial Banking User Experience Strategy & Research (UXSR) team. In this role, you will partner with product owners and UX specialists to develop and drive the WalkMe strategy, leading the design, build, and maintenance of WalkMe deployments for internal-facing applications. You will develop KPIs and operational metrics/reporting for WalkMe deployments, work across multiple product areas within the Commercial Bank, and design, code, test, debug, and document WalkMe capabilities and requirements. You will lead cross-functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute programs and initiatives, perform assessments through fact-finding and data analysis, and collaborate with peers and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals.

  1. WalkMe solution design, build, and deployment (5 years)
  2. Designing, coding, testing, and debugging WalkMe capabilities
  3. KPIs and operational metrics/reporting for digital adoption platforms

Requirements for the role:

  • 5 years of experience delivering WalkMe solutions/programs within customer organizations/internal departments
  • Experience designing, coding, testing, debugging, and documenting WalkMe capabilities
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute programs and initiatives
  • Experience performing assessments through fact-finding and data analysis
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Experience working in a deadline-driven environment with ability to multitask and prioritize competing priorities
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Education and Experience:

  • BS/BA degree or higher (preferred)
  • 5 years of WalkMe delivery experience
  • Or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

  • 5 years of management consulting, strategy consulting, or business operations experience
  • 4 years of software engineering experience
  • 4 years of experience working with enterprise technologies and business content
  • 3 years of experience developing and executing UX research strategies (personas, experience mapping, contextual user research, UX measurement)
  • Experience with digital design or mobile design with a focus on user experience
  • Experience building and presenting demo environments for customers at all levels
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, and/or JavaScript
  • Experience working in a complex, highly regulated environment
