What You'll Be Exposed To
- Real-world US tax filings (Sales Tax, Federal, State)
- Working closely with CPA firms
- Managing finance operations for Amazon / Shopify / Stripe / PayPal
- Cross-border logistics cost tracking (warehousing & fulfillment)
- End-to-end bookkeeping using QuickBooks
You'll gain exposure that typically takes years in traditional roles.
What You'll Do
- Support US tax filings and documentation
- Assist CPA firms during tax season
- Prepare tax forms (1099, W-9, etc.)
- Handle bookkeeping and reconciliations
- Work on e-commerce platform financial data
- Support reporting and financial analysis
Who We're Looking For
- Background in Accounting / Finance
- 0–3 years of experience (open to fresh grads with internships)
- Basic understanding of US tax (Sales Tax is a plus)
- Familiar with QuickBooks or similar tools
- Mandarin Chinese as a working language
- Detail-oriented and eager to learn
