Vice President, Managing Counsel - Technology Transactions and AI
In this role, you will lead a team handling technology and AI-related commercial contracts, providing high-quality legal support to internal clients in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating complex agreements involving software, data, AI, and SaaS; advising on legal and regulatory issues; managing legal teams and outside counsel; and supporting business objectives ethically and proactively addressing legal risks.
Qualifications include a JD, bar admission, at least 10 years of experience in technology law, strong negotiation skills, and knowledge of AI and data privacy. Certifications in AI or privacy are a plus.
The salary range is $187,800 to $348,300, with incentive eligibility. The company offers comprehensive benefits and is an equal opportunity employer.
