The VP, Catalog is an entrepreneurial leader and growth operator responsible for the vision, structure, and revenue growth of the Global Catalog Division. This role moves beyond traditional maintenance to treat the company's entire repertoire across all lifecycle stages as a dynamic, high growth engine. Reporting to the SVP, Commerce, this executive operates as a key leader within the company's organizational framework, ensuring catalog priorities are seamlessly integrated into label business planning and coordinated across territories, Relationship Management, and Services teams. Leading a high-performing team including a Senior Director and a Director, this leader ensures the existing repertoire is positioned for cultural resurgence, algorithmic dominance, and sustained global P&L growth.
