As Kitchen Manager, you're the master conductor of our culinary orchestra! You keep daily kitchen action sizzling, cook up quality dishes, and juggle budgets and safety like a pro. Your superpowers include rallying the team, keeping menus fresh and exciting, pulling off memorable catering events, and making smart money moves-all to serve up an unforgettable dining adventure that brings our mission to life.

This position is an overtime eligible manager (OEM), overtime does apply and is calculated accordingly.

KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Communication Skills: Keep the conversation flowing-share instructions, spark ideas, and make sure everyone's in sync.
• Leadership and Training: Motivate your crew, recruit talent, and lead the kitchen team toward tasty success.
• Financial Acumen: Balance budgets, manage costs, and help the kitchen thrive.
• Menu & Catering Management: Craft menus and organize catering events everyone loves.
• Safety & Compliance: Keep dishes safe and the kitchen spotless for happy guests.
• Customer Focus: Create great vibes and memorable bites every day.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Associate or culinary degree preferred
• Minimum 3 years kitchen management in high-volume retail, bakery, hospitality, or restaurant setting
• Experience with catering and event food preparation desirable
• Current or ability to obtain ServSafe certification required
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
