This is a unique leadership opportunity to build and lead a modern marketing function that drives real business impact. As Vice President of Marketing, you'll operate at the intersection of marketing, business development, and product strategy—establishing the systems, messaging, and operating cadence that influence how structured settlement consultants position and allocate cases toward market-based solutions.
This is not a traditional marketing role. It's a growth and enablement function focused on creating scalable processes, improving consultant behavior, and ensuring marketing directly contributes to measurable business outcomes across Arcadia and JMW.
Work Environment: Work is primarily performed in a hybrid office/remote environment. Occasional extended hours or travel may be required to meet business needs.
