Salary Range: $175,000 - $190,000 Base + Quarterly Performance Bonus
Summary
We are seeking a Vice President, Enterprise Technology & Integration to serve as a strategic technology leader for a rapidly growing, acquisition-driven healthcare services organization. Reporting directly to the CIO, this role will act as the organization's second-in-command within technology, providing leadership across software development, business applications, cloud platforms, integrations, and enterprise transformation initiatives.
This position is ideal for a technology executive who thrives in high-growth environments and has successfully led technology integration efforts resulting from mergers and acquisitions. The successful candidate will play a critical role in consolidating multiple business platforms into a unified operating model, building scalable processes for future acquisitions, and ensuring technology remains aligned with long-term business objectives.
The organization is actively expanding through acquisition and seeks a leader who can establish repeatable integration frameworks, strengthen leadership depth within IT, and help scale technology operations across multiple business entities.
Responsibilities
Enterprise Technology Leadership
Serve as a key member of the technology leadership team and strategic partner to the CIO.
Provide executive leadership across software development, business applications, integrations, cloud initiatives, and enterprise platforms.
Establish technology roadmaps that align with organizational growth and business objectives.
Develop scalable governance, operating procedures, and technology standards across the enterprise.
Mergers, Acquisitions & Platform Consolidation
Lead technology due diligence, integration planning, and execution for acquired organizations.
Build and maintain repeatable playbooks for onboarding and integrating future acquisitions.
Evaluate business applications, workflows, and platforms to drive standardization and consolidation efforts.
