Our veterans practice has been built over more than a decade and is structured, production‑driven, and focused on delivering meaningful results for disabled veterans nationwide.Candidates who are able to be based in person in our Birmingham office are preferred. However, this position may be performed remotely for experienced candidates who are already proficient in VA disability law. Entry‑level attorneys looking for a remote position should expect structured, hands‑on training in Birmingham before transitioning to a remote schedule.ResponsibilitiesThis is a hands‑on advocacy role involving ownership of a substantial VA disability caseload.
