Responsibilities
Source potential investment opportunities
Perform financial modeling and analysis of growth and venture-stage companies
Conduct investment due diligence on companies at all stages and support investment committee presentations
Record all deal information for reporting and trend analysis
Research and report on industry trends and potential new business models
Cultivate and manage relationships with key industry contacts, including limited partners
Assist in all aspects of portfolio company management, including exposure to roles on portfolio company boards

Required Experience:
Experience
Experience in venture capital, investment banking, management consulting, or a related field
Experience with financial modeling and analysis
Familiarity with SaaS economics (ARR, NRR, CAC/LTV)
Familiarity with AI/ML platforms and data infrastructure
Familiarity with healthcare and insurance regulatory environments a plus
Ability to assess product defensibility and technical architecture
Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and network within healthcare, insurance, and venture capital communities
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation
Intellectual curiosity and the ability to ask challenging questions within complex domains, including comfort with technical due diligence
Track record of strong judgment and ability to navigate ambiguity
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
