What You’ll Do
Ensure newly released vehicles are properly stocked with required safety equipment and documentation
Drive vehicles to and from repair shops and service locations as needed
Support the Fleet Manager with vehicle title processing, registration, and renewals
Coordinate and track annual inspections and compliance requirements
Maintain accurate digital and physical fleet records
Prepare and submit DMV and regulatory paperwork
Monitor and track deadlines for registrations, inspections, and compliance activities
Communicate with internal teams and external vendors regarding documentation and status updates
Perform general administrative tasks to support daily fleet operations
Assist with additional fleet-related projects as needed
Requirements
What You Bring
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and document management systems
Ability to follow established processes and manage repetitive, detail-driven tasks
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Valid driver’s license with the ability to drive on public roads
Preferred:
Previous experience in administrative, clerical, or operations support roles
Familiarity with vehicle documentation, DMV processes, or fleet operations
Experience working in a fast-paced or operations-focused environment
